Flying Solo Arts Therapy
Don’t let group sessions put you off attending arts therapy.
We know not everyone will want to attend a group session for arts therapy and individual sessions are available to plan and self-managed NDIS participants. The solo sessions allow us to develop individual goals and your personalised arts therapy plan.
All group program participants will have at least two solo sessions for goal setting and personalised art therapy plan development. Ongoing solo sessions can also be arranged while doing group sessions or before and after group programs.
Flying Solo sessions offer additional guidance with a specialised person-centred therapeutic approach. These sessions may be ideal where additional support needs or considerations are required in the arts therapy process. We welcome you to contact us to discuss your individual needs and goals.

Art Experiences
Imagine exploring some of the best of the Barossa’s local produce and locations with Tara Kate Arts Experiences. Our workshops are not your average painting group or class.
We take the fundamentals of our arts therapy and create a space to explore self-expression and meaningful connections. Art experiences are designed for those who wish to have fun and relax, whilst enjoying the Barossa through food, drinks, and stunning locations.
Think local cheese or wine tasting and art, or yoga! You will reconnect with yourself and leave with a piece of art that is a unique expression of your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
We welcome enquiries from individuals and organisations who’d like to organise an event with a difference.
