What is Arts Therapy?

Arts Therapy provides a safe space for people to express and process their thoughts and feelings through a creative lens.

Built on evidence-based approaches of psychotherapy, Tara Kate Arts Therapy provides a space and community for people to immerse themselves in the creative process.

Tara Kate Arts Therapy welcomes participants into the Hive of Creativity that opens the way for arts therapy sessions, with a focus on the individual, diversity, and freedom to explore creative expression. In these sessions clients may use different art forms like painting, mixed media, clay work, photography, writing, music and movement.
